Free Delivery & Free Returns


We offer Free Delivery & Free Returns on all our orders within the UK above £15 . Simply add your items to the shopping basket and check out.

Orders are usually received within 5 - 7 working days through the recorded delivery service. This option will be automatically placed onto all orders above £15. However, if you require your products sooner we can send them by Special Delivery, just choose this option at checkout in the drop down box. This will be at an additional of £6.00 and will be added to your total if it is selected.

Note;
1. this service has to be requested before 15.00hrs or it will be despatched the following day Special Delivery
2. the Post Office do not guarantee Special Deliveries on a Saturday to every part of the country.

In either case a signature will be required upon receipt.

If the order is below £15 then the basket will have a postage charge of £4.50 added to your total. This is to cover the recorded delivery of your items purchased.

EU and Worldwide Sales Delivery charges

Orders to be delivered any where in the EU will be charged at a flat rate of £5.95, regardless of how many items you order and will require a signature on receipt of the goods. Orders are usually received within 5 - 7 working days.

Returns Policy

Because we are confident that you will absolutely adore anything you order with us we are willing to pay for any items that you would like to return. But remember that this needs to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please remember that international orders are not eligible for free returns and any refunds for international sales will only be for the value of the item and will not include the postage charges incurred to the House of Jewels.

Please note, we do not offer refunds on earrings, even if they are part of a set due to hygiene regulations. In addition, Special Delivery charges will not be refunded.

When returning goods we would ask that you follow the procedures below so that we can refund your payment as quickly as possible.

Returns form
When your jewellery arrived, you should also have received a returns form. Please fill in your order number. Complete the form indicating the reason for returning the jewellery. This will help us identify the problem and does not affect your refund in any way. If the form is not available, please email us first at returns@shefaly.co.uk or phone us on 0118 950 2398 and we will give you additional information for returning your jewellery.

Arrived Damaged or Faulty - In the unlikely event that your goods arrived damaged or are faulty your first action is to inform us by email to returns@shefaly.co.uk within 7 days. Then return the goods by Royal Mail Special delivery. We will replace the goods at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods and postage.

Non-Faulty Goods - Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days after receiving the product. In the first instance please contact us by email to returns@shefaly.co.uk preferably within 48 hours. Complete the returns form dispatched with your order. Provided the goods are received in brand new, never been used condition and with the same packaging that they left our warehouse in, we will fully refund the price of the goods excluding postage if it was paid at checkout (order less value less than £15/Special delivery option). You will receive your refund within 30 days although usually much sooner. You are not required to pay for postage back to us, we will provide your with our Royal Mail freepost code. 

How long will it take to refund me?
Before contacting us please take note of the timescales required to process a refund, all should be finalized and paid back into your account within 30 days.

(N.B. If your card had been declined or has expired we will send a cheque to your billing address).

Please Note: You should not write jewellery, diamonds or similar words that indicates valuable contents, on the package you are returning, as this invites possible theft of the package.

Items returned outside the above guidelines will only be subject to credit. A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item/s will be returned to you. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings or hair products in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Shefaly: House of Jewels will arrange for an exchange. The decision made by Shefaly: House of Jewels is final.

Extended Period at Xmas
Any purchase intended as a gift at Xmas can be exchanged/credited up to the 11th January 2009 providing the above criteria has been satisfied. Refunds will not be offered outside the standard terms.
